Wednesday 14 May: BERULLE - Visit to the L & S HENDRICKX farm. At 3pm. Laure and Silvère are cider producers and farmers. Silvère and Laure HENDRICKX run a farm in Bérulle. A few years ago, they decided to diversify their business with an apple press. Originally fixed, the machine mounted on a trailer can move to all the villages of the Othe Forest. Local apple juice and cider producers call on them as well as individuals.
