Stage mandala et yoga nidra : rencontre avec son animal totem

Wednesday 23 to Sunday 27 April: COUSSEGREY - Mandala & yoga nidra workshop: meeting with your totem animal. Led by Catherine Mazarguil. Mandala means "circle" in Sanskrit. It is a more or less geometric representation, articulated around a center, whose images symbolize our individual position in the environment. Thus the mandala is a powerful tool for refocusing and self-knowledge. The Totem Animal is a symbolic representation of a particular aspect of the animal kingdom, which symbolically corresponds to us, like our double in the subtle world. Acrylic painting creation sessions alternating with the practice of Yoga Nidra, the deep relaxation of yoga. This workshop will allow everyone to create a unique work, on canvas; size of the format of your choice (from 50 cm x 50 cm to 80 cm x 80 cm).
