Stage le livre de vie : s'enraciner dans les moments présents

Wednesday 7 to Sunday 11 May: COUSSEGREY - Workshop on the book of life: taking root in the present moments. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (except the last day at 5 p.m.). Led by Catherine Marzaguil. A rich experience combining Creativity and Collage with Relaxation (Yoga Nidra), for the creation of a real Inner Travel Journal. The support will be made up of a travel journal purchased in a specialist store, or shaped on site by folding and binding. Various materials used freely on paper: gouache or acrylic paint, drawing, collage, mixed techniques, fabric, volume. Key words: finding yourself, focusing on yourself, creating, being passionate, harmonizing, being at ease with yourself... (including a weekend and a public holiday on 8 May). Price €390.
