If you wish, you can eat on site: local and Quebec products will be offered to your taste buds... Trio des cantons is made up of three musicians from Estrie, in southern Quebec. Olivier Brousseau, Jérôme Fortin and Isaël McIntyre are the members of this group and have known each other for about twenty years as friends. Their repertoire is based around the tunes of La Bottine souriree, Le rêve du diable, Les charbonniers de l'enfer... alongside songs by Paul Piché, Beau Dommage, Félix Leclerc, Richard Desjardins, Plume Latraverse.
