The Shaka Pub: A New Haven for Lovers of Conviviality After long months of work and preparation, the Shaka Pub finally opened its doors on June 17. Located at the place called “Les Bruyères” in the town of CHAOURCE 10210, the establishment has an ideal location, on the D444 linking Troyes to Tonnerre, offering easy access to everyone, whether by motorbike or car. The establishment has 2 panoramic terraces with views of our beautiful countryside and its sunset, as well as 2 parking lots, one for cars and similar, the other 1 is reserved for motorcycles. The Shaka: A Sign of Respect and Kindness At Shaka Pub, our name is much more than a simple name. It is a reflection of our state of mind, of our desire to create a meeting place where respect and kindness are at the heart of everything we do. The Shaka, originally a hand sign used to greet each other, embodies our core values. Shaka, also known as “hang loose” or “the cool attitude,” is a gesture that transcends cultural barriers. It is synonymous with respect, friendship and kindness. Used in many cultures and communities around the world, the Shaka is the ultimate symbol of open-mindedness and positivity. It is in this spirit that we welcome you to Shaka Pub. Our goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcome, where smiles are free and where exchanges are marked by mutual respect. Every week, the Shaka Pub comes alive with culinary, sporting, musical events... a whole program updated and broadcast regularly via the Shaka_Pub website and Facebook account. Almost every Saturday evening is reserved for live concerts where local and regional artists come to ignite the stage to make you vibrate to the rhythm of the music. The Shaka Pub regularly organizes thematic evenings, linked to a specific activity (for example Karaoke, 80s DJ, etc.) or to good food (Creole, Mexican evening, etc.) For sports fans, the Shaka Pub is equipped to the broadcast of television events, starting with the 2023 Rugby World Cup. The renewed opportunity to come together and collectively experience every highlight of sporting or other competitions. A Motorcycle-Friendly Place The Shaka Pub is much more than just a bar, it is a real meeting place for everyone, with particular attention paid to two and three wheel enthusiasts. The passion for motorcycles and the desire to create a welcoming space for bikers were the primary source of inspiration for this project. Bikers will find at the Shaka Pub a warm welcome and parking dedicated to motorcycles, tools for small repairs, a compressor and something to repair a flat tire, etc. Drinks and catering on site In addition to the atmosphere, the Shaka Pub offers quality catering, on site and to take away, to satisfy the appetites of even the hungriest. Its varied offering will satisfy all taste buds, from aperitif platters to more substantial dishes, including burgers and fries. To accompany your aperitifs, meals or simply quench your thirst, a selection of beers, soft drinks and cocktails will satisfy all your desires. A “Brazero to share” formula is offered to get together around a brazier-plancha and eat while snacking on your meat. Up to 12 people can be seated around the brazier. Reservation required, from 6 people minimum. Aperitif board, meats, side dishes, dessert…. The Shaka Pub team takes care of everything! You enjoy the moment! For any birthday celebrated on the date, the Shaka Pub offers a birthday cake to share / upon reservation / under control of the identity card. Privatization The place can be privatized, partially or totally, for important events to celebrate, with families, friends and large groups.
