RealtyLab : voilier sur le Lac d'Orient

RealtyLab is pleased to offer unusual accommodation in a two cabin sailboat at the Port de Mesnil Saint Père on the Lac d'Orient.

The yacht has two cabins so you can stay in the spacious and light cabin at the front of the yacht with an awning for a quiet sleep in the morning or a siesta. The second one, a sarcophagus type, allows you to store your belongings, sit down to watch a film or benefit from an extra space to relax under the weather or store your luggage.

The living area consists of a table and two benches as well as a kitchenette with sink, hotplate and icebox.

There is a toilet area with a washbasin and mirror.

The cockpit or navigation area allows you to lie in the sun or in the shade using the parasol or to eat outside.
The foredeck allows you to lie back and use the sloping windscreen to rest your head.

The transom opens to give you easy access to the swim ladder without stepping over anything to take a dip.

Water and electricity are available on the pontoon.

The clean and well-maintained harbour toilet block is located 150m from the boat. You will find toilets, showers and space for washing up or hand washing clothes.

RealtyLab is a company approved by the department of Aube.
