A family-run store steeped in history, where the Caffet story began. Located just opposite the very first chocolate factory in Troyes, rue Champeaux, formerly known as "Le Palais du Chocolat", it has seen the whole Caffet adventure unfold.
Lydie Caffet, Pascal's mother, and Pascal Caffet worked side by side for many years. It's nicknamed "the flagship". In the heart of the bouchon de Troyes, at the end of pedestrian streets dating back to the Middle Ages, lies this jewel box of chocolates and pastries.
