Discover the behind-the-scenes production of the Guilleminot workshops! Go on a gourmet tour through three stages: the pastry shop, the caterer and the charcuterie. The entire team will present to you the key stages of their profession: the laboratory, the equipment and its usefulness, the specificities of each production... All punctuated by demonstrations. And of course, you will be entitled to a tasting! Limited places: reservation required with the Grands Lacs de Champagne Tourist Office. Every Wednesday from June 19 to August 28, departures at 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
