Sophie, a cheesemaker specializing in the production of artisanal cheeses, makes and sells in our beautiful territory of Armance, a sought-after range of goat cheeses: crottin, shallot log, pyramids and tommes. With her 21 goats, Alpine and Saanen, which graze in the rich near the humid champagne, Sophie produces a local and artisanal milk and white cheese. Prepare your baskets, the producers' basket!
