Les Champignons de Cussangy

Established in 1985, SAS Les Champignons de Cussangy offers a wide selection of mushrooms: Paris, Oyster and Shii-take mushrooms (oak mushrooms). Specialties: Mushroom fondue with Chaource, Chaourçoise sauce, beer fricassee, cooked oyster mushrooms... You will also find a point of sale for gourmet products: local produce, gifts, gourmet baskets... Store open Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Closed on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays. Opening hours are extended in December for the holidays. For December: Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Visit the mushroom farm by appointment. Price: €3 per person
