Established in 1985, SAS Les Champignons de Cussangy offers you a wide choice of mushrooms: Paris, Oyster mushrooms and Shii-takés (oak mushrooms). Specialties: Mushroom fondue with Chaource, Chaourçoise sauce, beer fricassee, cooked oyster mushrooms, etc. You will also find a point of sale for gourmet products: local produce, gifts, gourmet baskets, etc. Store open Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Sunday, Monday and public holidays. Opening hours are extended in December for the holidays. For December: Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Visit to the mushroom farm by appointment. Price: €3 per person
