La Melinothe

In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 30 minutes from Troyes and Sens, 1h30 from Paris, come and stay with family or friends, during a thematic course (psychotherapy, yoga, singing, painting or other), a seminar supervised by a facilitator in this spacious and charming house that can easily accommodate 12 people. La Mélinothe is a tastefully renovated barn, located on the land of the owners but with access and independent, private and enclosed outdoor spaces (terraces/lawns) to preserve the privacy of guests: garden furniture, table meals, relaxation lounge, deckchairs, barbecue, parasols, parking available. Your stay will be turnkey since everything is included in the price of your stay. On the ground floor, you will find a cathedral format living room, warm, friendly and modular, overlooking the garden, and featuring a wood stove, an HD TV with Sound/Home Cinema, a kitchen fully equipped, and a toilet and 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and equipped with separable beds. Upstairs, you will have a triple bedroom with private bathroom and a second triple bedroom, an independent WC, a weight room, a large activity room that can be used according to your wishes with a supplement of 100€ /stay and per week, and on the mezzanine, small lounge and relaxation/reading area. Access to the wellness room is offered (80€/2h30 session).
