The secret to the excellence of raw milk farm cheeses: First the cows! Located in the southwest of Champagne, in Aube, a few kilometers from the Yonne department and the gates of Burgundy, Ferme des Tourelles is a company specializing in the manufacture of raw milk farm cheeses: Chaource AOP , Soumaintrain IGP, Évry, Mesnil, Marbré d’Armance, Bouchon d’Armance and white cheeses. It is a special place, bucolic and steeped in history. Within this pretty property surrounded by fields as far as the eye can see, two stone turrets stand which give these lands an unexplained historical dimension. Today, within this charming farm, Peggy Petiot and her husband David heartily manage an efficient and modern business which preserves the values of yesteryear since this passion has been passed down for 5 generations. You can find all the GAEC des Tourelles cheeses at Proxi and B1 in Ervy-le-Châtel; Intermarché in Aix-en-Othe, at the Champignonnière du Cussangy, at Auchan in Tonnerre, in the Trojan area: Super U, Leclerc in St Parres-aux-Tertre, Intermarché in Creney, Intermarché in St Julien, at the Pouillot cheese dairy, in Fromages d'Aurélie (Halles de Troyes), at La Fontaine des Champs, at the Aube Farmer's Drive, at Tendance Fermière, Passion Paysanne, Persil et Chiboulette...
