Gîte de La Croix Blanche

This three-storey house has been recently renovated. It is situated in Les Riceys, a wine-making village that covers all three champagne AOCs, situated 50 km from Troyes. When you arrive you will find a bottle of champagne waiting for you in the refrigerator. You will also be able to visit the "Maison Pélissot" winery and taste its varied production.On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall and a storage room for bicycles. On the 1st floor there is a lounge with a wood pellet stove, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The shower-room and toilet are on the 1st floor and can be reached from the lounge via a staircase. On the 2nd floor you will find a large mezzanine with a double bed and a sofa-bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a shower-room and a toilet. The beds are made on your arrival. Supplementary charges: electricity (if the consumption is greater than 8 kWh/day) and heating. The unfenced plot before the gîte is at your disposal, and there is an enclosed grassy plot to be shared with the owners.
