Discover the works of Patrick Guerin and Stan Thiri at the Grands Lacs de Champagne Tourist Office. Patrick Guerin offers us digital art. This artist photographer allows himself all the possible retouching. Like the painter, he claims the right to manipulate perspectives, exacerbate colors, contrast monotony, energize shapes, remove details, in order to (re)create the space offered to him and translate the emotion of the moment, where a simple photo would have only brought flat realism. Thus, in landscapes that are part of our daily lives, he sees vibrations, rhythms, colors and he creates abstract or figurative images. through photo-graphics presenting his "Field of Vision". Stan Thiri, is a self-taught sculptor, he recovers metal to give it a new life. Living from his art for 4 years now, he creates realistic sculptures like animals, but can also invent his works from scratch. His sculptures, whether tiny or enormous, weighing up to several tons, are all made from recycled metal. You can see mechanical parts, old tools, gears... The polished sculptures will be happy indoors while those that have rusted naturally can find their place outdoors. Don't hesitate to come and admire all these creations during the opening hours of the Tourist Office!
