Gathering and cooking wild plants

Prepare delicious dishes that are out of the ordinary!

Julie, herbalist and real woodland fairy, in partnership with the association Une Terre pour l'Ecologie Intégrale, is offering you a unique workshop to learn how to recognise edible plants and cook them.

After choosing the day's recipes, you'll set off on a walk, learning to identify wild plants, distinguish between them and distinguish their medicinal properties.

On your return, after sorting and washing them, you'll get to work on preparing some tasty dishes, which will be enjoyed and shared with the whole group!
You'll even go home with your new, freshly-learnt recipes.
