CŒUR DE VILLAGE is the brainchild of young Austrian designer Anna-Barbara AUMULLER and her partners.

Based in the heart of the Champagne region - in the Forêt d'Orient Regional Nature Park - in Mesnil-Saint-Père to be precise, the centre will offer a wide range of services from spring onwards (boutique - champagne promotion centre - top-of-the-range restaurant - tea room, café bar - as well as sewing and pattern-making courses, a luxury made-to-measure fashion workshop and a variety of cultural and artistic activities: exhibitions, concerts, chess or bridge club, games for children, etc.).
We will be able to welcome people in French, English, German, Spanish and Italian.

A top-of-the-range CAFÉ - RESTAURANT - TEA SALON (with Mariage frères teas, Illy coffees, Bonnat old-fashioned melted chocolates, delicacies to be savoured: apfel strudel, tiramisus, amandines, brownies, various tarts ... original softs, award-winning French, Belgian and Austrian beers, rare waters, elderberry, poppy or lavender syrups, exceptional ciders...) - savoury boards (foies gras - salmons - vegetarian - charcuteries / cheeses and compositions of original and refined flavours for tasting.
Beers, ciders, champagnes and exceptional wines are available to accompany the meals.
