Tour of remarkable trees in the country of Othe-Armance and Chaourçois: An inventory of trees with remarkable characteristics was made by the students of the Crogny Forest High School with the NFB. The trees were chosen according to their remarkable character (age, port, essence, historical character ...), their accessibility (public or private domain of municipalities, road network or hiking trails ...) and their state of health. As a result of this inventory, thirty or so trees have been selected. These are oaks, pear, linden, tulip ... remarkable for their port, their location, their morphology .... Before the installation of the circuit, works and arrangements were made to secure the site, protect the trees from trampling, provide care for trees whose health condition requires (pruning ...) and create or improve the paths of access. Signage has been put in place to inform visitors of the presence of the circuit (signposts) and to inform them about the characteristics of remarkable trees (information and awareness panels).
