Labeled Vignobles et Découvertes The vines are cultivated in Bethon, Coteaux Sézannais and Villenauxe-la-Grande, on an area of 6ha 72, managed in sustainable cultivation (VDC Certified) which is linked to respect for the environment, nature and of the link with the quality of their Champagne vintages. The grape varieties on the farm are essentially Chardonnay and Pinot-Noir and the development of the old Champagne grape varieties Pinot-Blanc (in production), Pinot-Gris (2022 planting), Petit-Meslier, Arbane (future planting). Harvester Handling since 2019, the champagnes are only from a single year of harvest, from the plot. Their strengths are to help you discover their profession, their way of doing things, the quality, the passion for their profession which is very close to their hearts. They will offer you outings in their vineyard, their plots, will explain the work of their vines, picnic outings on the site of the plot, a visit to their vat room in their renovated farmhouse under a Champagne frame, their room reception, tapas evenings and ending with a tasting of their different Champagne Cuvées, their Ratafia made 100% Pinot-Noir (with Rose de Saignée must) in their bleeding reception room and the fine champagne also made 100 % by them (aged in oak barrels).
