Descendant of a very old winegrowing family at Noé-les-Mallets since 1746, Georges Joly founded the company as we know it today in 1973, and devoted it to Ernestine Doussot, a key member of the family. It is now Stéphane, the “Grand Argentier” of the Commanderie du Saulte Bouchon (co-founded by her father Guy) who manages the winemaking and sale of Veuve Doussot Champagnes at this sustainable and innovative family-run business.
