The Caveau des Riceys offers a selection of local products and culinary specialities of the country. Also many capsules are available for collectors. A cozy place that wants to be both a shop with local produce (foie gras and goat cheese from Arrelles, sauerkraut of Brienne, chaource, pigeons of Onjon, various beverages…) but also a center for Champagne tasting crafts and other beverages along with cold cutsor cheese.
