Our philosophy? Pleasure, progress and movement, so that everyone can stay in top physical shape at all ages.
Mme Arlette Geoffroy, president of the Bucher'Gym association, welcomes you every Wednesday from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm in the Buchères village hall, for 1 hour, to relax and enjoy the practice of maintenance gymnastics.
The first 2 trial sessions are free.
