Located on the second floor of a building listed as a French heritage site, with a view of the timber-framed church of Saint Jean, the Salle Nautilus and the Salon Évita welcome you to an elegant, refined and timeless setting.

Flexible rental solutions.
You can book our rooms for an hour, a half-day, a day, several days, an evening... You can book a room or the entire floor, i.e. the meeting room or private dining room, the lounge and the kitchen.
We'll listen to your needs and propose a solution adapted to your preferences.

Professional equipment for all your presentations.
Our Nautilus meeting room is equipped with a video projector, projection screen and flipchart, ideal for organizing your meetings. You'll also benefit from wifi access and all the equipment you need to ensure that your customer meetings run smoothly and stress-free.
Our Salon Évita is designed to enable you to receive guests comfortably and conduct your meetings in complete discretion and conviviality.

Premium welcome and services.
A hostess or hostess welcomes you and your customers and is at your disposal.
Bottled water, a coffee machine and an electric kettle are at your disposal.
You can order an aperitif from the menu, which includes wines, champagnes, whiskies, rums and non-alcoholic drinks.
You can plan a breakfast, lunch or dinner service, either with your caterer, your own culinary preparations, our service providers or an on-site chef.

Rental rates Salle Nautilus & Salon Evita
- One hour: €30 excl.
- Half day (8h00-12h00 or 14h00-18h00) : 150 € HT
- Full day (8:00-18:00): €300 excl.
- Evening (7:00 pm - 11:00 pm): €200 excl.
- Nautilus Room & Evita Lounge: €400 excl.
50 € HT per additional hour
For all special requests, we will provide you with a quotation.

Rental conditions
- By reservation only
- This price includes cleaning of the room and insurance cover.
- A deposit of €500 must be paid and returned on departure.
- Maximum capacity 18 people on the whole floor, animals not allowed.
