Wednesday, May 7: CHESSY LES PRES - Basketwork Discovery Workshop. At the library from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. A workshop to discover and learn about wicker basketwork, with artisan Clothilde Hein, from Vannerie d'Othe. Led by Clothilde Hein. She works mainly with white wicker and makes utilitarian and decorative objects: baskets, birdhouses, bird feeders. She offers workshops to introduce her craft and her practice during introductory workshops on ecological weaving for young and old by making a small decorative object! At the end of the workshop, everyone leaves with their work. Free workshop, ages 8 and up - Duration: 2 hours - Free admission. Organized by the Othe-Armance network of libraries and reading points.
