Association Zanshin Karaté Dojo

ZANSHIN KARATE DOJO is a karate school, created in 2003. Its instructor is Béatrice COP 5th JKA 2nd DAN FFKDA (38 years of practice), DIF (Federal Instructor Diploma), CQP (professional qualification certificate). She is also president of the national women's commission JKA and Manager of the Grand EST, Center, Bourgogne, Franche Comté, Loiret JKA regions. This school is affiliated with the FFKDA and France JKA Karate (Shotokan) is a Japanese martial art that applies both in class and in everyday life.
