11ème Fête Médiévale à Ervy

Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 August 2025. ERVY LE CHÂTEL - 11th Medieval Festival. I wander around Ervy: what's going on? The St Nicolas gate and the streets are decorated with coats of arms and red and yellow banners, hams cooking over a wood fire, gargoyles moving...oh but I hear medieval music...and there troubadours entertaining passers-by in the middle of a medieval market...and over here a crowd of young people captivated by the tale of Voirloup and the make-up artist. My attention is drawn to the rising noises of the park and the Place du Berle: these are the camps of the medievalists who are reliving the Middle Ages. Rumor has it that there will be a fire show. And there, are those birds of prey I hear? But yes, they are impatient to show their parade with their trainer. This is all the Ervy Medieval Festival.
